BELL NIPPLE HOUSING
The equipment was designed, manufactured and supplied for ONGC through Hindustan Shipyard Ltd. The purpose of the equipment is to transfer the mud arised during drilling to the trough which will be collected in the barge.
This equipment was made by Jami Hydraulic first of its kind in India.
LOG SPLITTER
The machine was made for paper mill industry. The purpose of the machine is to split the heavy logs into four pieces. Three Nos machines were supplied till date.
ONGC RISER TENSIONER
This equipment was serviced to ONGC through sembmarine by the Jami Hydraulic. The purpose of the equipment is to stabilise the drilling equipment in the ocean as heavy current disturb the drilling process. Jami Hydraulic executed this work with challenge as the delivery time is only two months. The equipment was working satisfactorily till date.
CLC MACHINE
The CLC brick machine was developed by the Jami Hydraulic. The salient feature of the machine was hydraulically operated up and down structure, Hydraulically operated wire cutting oscillation and Hydraulically operated pushing and pulling trolley.
PIPE BENDING MACHINE
The Pipe bending machine was supplied to various companies for bending the pipes.
TILTING MACHINE
The tilting machine was supplied to Vesuvius Company, Visakhapatnam. The purpose of the machine is to make upside down of the monolithic brick mould.
DRUM TILTING MACHINE
The machine was custom made for Priya Pickle company. The purpose of the machine is to lift and tilt the barrels for processing the pickle. Four Nos machines were supplied till date.
SLING TESTING MACHINE
The equipment was supplied to various companies and purpose of the machine is to test the sling upto 200T capacity.
LAND RIG BOP CART
A BOP cart is used for Transporting and storing the BOP unit, the cart comprising of Main Frame, a Lifting Frame and a BOP frame to which the BOP unit is mounted. A blowout preventer (BOP) is a specialized valve or similar mechanical device, used to seal, control and monitor oil and gas wells to prevent blowouts, the uncontrolled release of crude oil or natural gas from a well. They are usually installed in stacks of other valves.
